Students interested in changing their graduate degree program within a department must submit a complete Program Change Request form to the associate director of graduate student services. Students interested in changing their graduate degree program across academic departments, schools, or colleges must submit an online application at www.depaul.edu/apply.
Submission of a Program Change Request does not guarantee acceptance by the receiving graduate program director.
