Advance your career and shape the future of work

DePaul’s Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology MS program will provide you with a solid grounding in psychological theory and essential training in methodology. You'll complete coursework in statistics, research design, and many core I-O topical areas, gaining the training and experience you need to improve organizations and support workers across industries and contexts.

The I-O MS program can be completed in two years. Classes are offered during the day on the Lincoln Park Campus.
