Mathematics & Computer Science (BS)

For your bachelor’s degree program in Mathematics and Computer Science, you will take coursework in both the College of Computing and Digital Media and the College of Science and Health. Our program courses will prepare you for a profession in a variety of areas in computer science, graphics, data analysis, computer programming, and applied or discrete mathematics.

This program is designed to prepare you for graduate study in various areas of computer science such as theoretical computer science, graphics, data analysis, artificial intelligence, and computational methods and in areas in applied mathematics such as numerical analysis or discrete mathematics. It is also designed to prepare you to compete for the more theoretical complex jobs found in computer software development.
