Artificial Intelligence Engineer at MITRE

Alex began his academic career at DePaul University, attending the Bachelor/Masters program in Pure Mathematics, graduating in 2012. He earned his PhD in Computer Science from The Graduate Center, CUNY, before working as a Postdoctoral Fellow at The University of Michigan's Biomedical and Clinical Informatics Lab. Alex now works as an Artificial Intelligence Engineer at the MITRE Corporation.

What is your favorite DePaul memory?

My favorite memory at DePaul is all the friends I made in the Math department who I took classes with and studied with for years, and am friends with to this day. It was a supportive and collaborative environment that was so important to my success​ and happiness.
