Since 2005, the Illinois Space Grant has funded undergraduate and graduate student researchers working with DePaul faculty on NASA related research and provides scholarships for Chicago Public School math and science teachers taking graduate courses at DePaul that embed NASA related materials. The Illinois Space Grant has supported over 100 student researchers and provided scholarships for over 200 CPS teachers.
