Typical BSN programs have either a lower division (general education courses)/upper division (nursing major courses) format or are four-year types with the nursing courses starting during the first year or sophomore year. MSN graduates come out with greater knowledge and skills and greater job and educational prospects.

Both HLTH 120 ("Exploring the Health Sciences") and HLTH 200 ("Foundations of Health Sciences") courses can help you begin to understand the roles of various health care professionals.
