Non-degree seeking students and students enrolled in other DePaul graduate degree programs

Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. It is recommended that applicants coming from a non-math background should have completed the following minimum requirements: two years of calculus, including multivariate calculus and linear algebra; one course in statistics; and one course in scientific computer programming. Applicants who do not have this preparation may be admitted on a conditional basis until they have completed the requirements with grades of B or better. To apply, complete a DePaul University College of Science and Health graduate admission online application and submit the following:

  • Official transcripts from all previous college course work. A bachelor's degree (from a regionally accredited institution), or equivalent, is required
  • Optional personal statement (200-300 words) describing your objectives and needs from the program
