The first step in getting help from the DePaul Family and Community
Services is to call (773) 325-7780 Monday thru Friday between the hours
of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. and speak to an intake worker. On the phone, the
intake worker will determine whether your family is eligible for
services and will schedule an in-person appointment with you (evening
appointments are available).
In the first (intake) session, you will learn how DePaul FCS operates and
about services that may be of help to your family. You will be asked to
describe the things that concern you about yourself or your family.
Because DePaul FCS is a state-funded agency, your services may be subsidized. As a
result, all families are asked to provide verification of family income
at the intake session. After learning about DePaul FCS, you and the intake
worker will decide together if DePaul FCS is the best place for your family to
get help.
