Application attachments

Upload your project description (maximum 1000 words) as a PDF document. The project description should address the following three issues:

  • A brief overview of the study, the questions you seek to answer, the research methodology, and plans and timeline for presentations, publications, and external grant submissions that will be facilitated by this URAP funding.
  • The primary tasks the student will be engaged in and the learning goals that are associated with these tasks. In addition, please note how the student’s work is essential to the overall project. If submitting a proposal for a second URAP student, be sure to tailor each application to the student for which you are applying and indicate which student should receive priority consideration.
  • The student’s qualifications, ability to do the work, any weaknesses in the student’s record (e.g., poor performance in key courses, challenges with time management), and how those challenges will be overcome.
