Degree Requirements

Course Requirements

​All twelve courses from the following list:

Students may substitute some of these courses with courses in the M.S.M.T. program or make other modifications with and subject to the approval of the Program Director.

Undergraduate Courses

No undergraduate courses shall count towards the M.A.M.Ed. degree.

Graduation Requirements

Requirements include, but are not limited to, twelve graduate courses (48 credit hours) with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.50.

Alternate Course Sequencing​

Students who possess a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics may, in consultation with the graduate program director, fulfill the course requirements for the Mathematics Education degree via an alternate sequence of courses​.
