Dr. Ku earned his PhD in Statistics from Oklahoma State University in 2012. He then held a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center until joining the faculty at DePaul University in 2015. Dr. Ku was promoted to the rank of Associate Professor with tenure in 2024.
Dr. Ku’s main research areas are statistical genetics and genome-wide association studies (GWAS).
