Caitlin Ferrer

​​Caitlin Ferrer is a speech-language pathologist specializing in the adult neuro population. She earned a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology from The College of New Jersey and a master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Northwestern University. She has worked in various levels of care across her career including skilled nursing, inpatient acute rehabilitation, Day Rehab, outpatient, and private practice. She currently works as a Senior Speech-Language Pathologist in outpatient neurology at Shirley Ryan AbilityLab and holds special interests in treating patients with aphasia and Parkinson’s disease.  She regularly presents locally and nationally on topics relating to aphasia management, clinical decision-making, and supported communication.​
