Ana M. Ayala is a bilingual speech-language pathologist who has worked with Spanish-English bilinguals for almost 20 years. She has worked in the public schools, Early Intervention, home health, at an outpatient rehabilitation hospital, and also provides assessments and interventions through her private practice.

Ana obtained her Bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her Master's from the University of Texas at Austin, where she completed her clinical practicum and coursework for the Bilingual Clinical Researcher Training Project. As a bilingual speech-language pathologist, her mission is to provide effective, evidence-based, family-centered services and to provide culturally responsive diagnostic evaluations and interventions for children and adults.

She also enjoys and receives great satisfaction in supervising and mentoring new clinicians through their Clinical Fellowship experience, and most recently mentoring and teaching the new generation of Vincentian speech-language pathologist graduate clinicians from DePaul University
