All College of Science and Health (CSH) undergraduate students are encouraged to visit Scholarship Connect and complete both the General Application and the College of Science and Health Application. The latter is key to become eligible for CSH-specific scholarship opportunities. Please note that to be further eligible for scholarships that are based on financial need, undergraduate students must have filed a FAFSA application for the current academic year.

The scholarship opportunities listed below are just a few that are available to students within the college and across the university. The list is periodically updated to reflect new opportunities that are applicable to undergraduate students so check back occasionally to see what is new. Click on any item for more information.

The Irving W. Steans Center for Community-based Service Learning maintains a list of scholarships for students who are engaged in community service. Check out opportunities in this area on the Steans Center Scholarships page. Information about and applications for these opportunities are available through Scholarship Connect.

The McNair Scholars Program, named after the late Dr. Ronald E. McNair (a NASA astronaut who perished during the launch of the Space Shuttle Challenger), is designed to prepare undergraduate students for doctoral studies through involvement in research and other scholarly activities. The program aims to increase the number of students in doctoral programs from underrepresented groups. To learn whether you are eligible and, if so, how to apply, then please directly contact the McNair Scholars Program.

The Office of Multicultural Student Success (OMSS) provides scholarships to facilitate the retention, persistence, and graduation of first-generation students and students of color who demonstrate financial need and a commitment to service and academic excellence. A list of scholarships is available on the Multicultural Financial Awards page. Information about and applications for these opportunities are available through Scholarship Connect.

Many organizations throughout the world provide scholarship opportunities.  The list below is just but a few such organizations.  This list is provided for convenience and is subject to change over time.

All students who apply for a DePaul-sponsored study abroad program by specific deadlines are automatically considered for scholarship funding based on their financial need (as determined by FAFSA) and their academic record (as determined by GPA). See the Study Abroad Scholarships page for more about this opportunity.
