Health Sciences faculty co-leads Global Conversation on the impact of COVID-19 on Africa and the African Diaspora

The Global Conversations are being held as a part of Global Fall at DePaul, a time for students to explore international learning opportunities abroad and in Chicago


 

Global Conversations Fall 2020
​​​​​Dr. Michele McCay from the Department of Health Sciences and Dr. Isidore Udoh from the Master of Public Health Program, will co-lead a session focused on the impact of COVID-19 on Africa and the African Diaspora on Thursday, October 1st from 12:00-1:30pm. During this session, they will examine COVID-19-related lock down enforcement on access to food, health care, and other necessities by people living in Africa and the diaspora. 

This session is one of many Global Conversations sponsored by Global Engagement at DePaul; the Global Conversations are 90-minute sessions from 9/28-10/2 where students meet with other students around the world to discuss different topics related to the impact of COVID-19. ​
