Welcome to the nominations page for the DePaul University College of Science and Health Awards. These awards recognize alumni and friends of the College of Science and Health who embody the values and mission of our college, demonstrating significant achievements in the fields of science and health and making meaningful contributions to society.

Distinguished College of Science and Health Alumni Achievement Award

The Distinguished College of Science and Health Alumni Achievement Award is the highest honor the College of Science and Health can bestow. It celebrates alumni who have significantly enhanced the reputation of DePaul University through their exemplary character, integrity, and achievements. Recipients of this award are recognized for their professional accomplishments and their impact on society.

Outstanding Service to the College of Science and Health Award

The Outstanding Service to the College of Science and Health Award recognizes alumni and friends of the College of Science of Health who have shown outstanding dedication to the College of Science and Health community. Through volunteerism, philanthropy, mentoring, or other contributions, these individuals have devoted substantial time, talent, and effort to support and advance the mission of DePaul University and the College of Science and Health.

Early Career College of Science and Health Alumni Achievement Award

The Early Career College of Science and Health Alumni Achievement Award recognizes the accomplishments of alumni who have completed their degrees within the past ten years. These individuals have demonstrated promise in their professional fields and a dedication to community service in both their personal and professional lives. This award highlights their early professional achievements and their continued commitment to advancing scientific knowledge and health practices.

Select the award(s) for whom you  are nominating.

To be considered for one of this year's CSH Awards, submit your nomination packet no later than September 15th. Submit correspondence about the awards to The Office of Alumni Relations at dpalumni@depaul.edu with CSH Awards in the subject line.

The appointed committee members will review the nominations and recommend their choice to the Dean for final approval. The award will be presented during the current academic year.

To be included in the nomination packet (All items are to be solicited and gathered by the nominator):

  1. Nomination Form: For the Distinguished College of Science and Health Alumni Achievement Award and the Early Career College of Science and Health Alumni Achievement Award, potential nominees are limited to alumni from the College of Science and Health at DePaul University. For the Outstanding Service to the College of Science and Health Award, nominees are limited to alumni and friends of the College of Science of Health at DePaul University. A DePaul University community member other than the candidate must be the nominator.
  2. Current resume or curriculum vitae of the nominee - if available.
  3. A nomination statement of no more than two pages that briefly states how the candidate fulfills the award criteria and why he/she/they should be considered for the honor.

Please ensure that all nominations include detailed justifications for each candidate, highlighting how their achievements align with the specific criteria of the chosen award. We look forward to honoring the outstanding contributions of our alumni who continue to inspire and lead in their respective fields.
