The School of Nursing provides an education both innovative and pragmatic, giving our graduates a head start in achieving professional success and personal satisfaction in their careers.  For 65 years, we have set the standard for academic excellence and “real world” relevance.

• Our Traditional Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)​ program is a direct entry from high school program, designed to prepare students for professional nursing practice.
  
• Our Master’s Entry to Nursing Practice (MENP) program for non-nurses was the first in Illinois to enable college graduates to enter the field without a bachelor’s degree in nursing.
  

• Our RN to MS in Nursing program takes students from an associate degree in Nursing to a master’s degree, providing access to immediate career mobility.

• Our Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program prepares students for the highest level of autonomous and collaborative clinical practice in Nurse Anesthesia, Adult Nursing and Family Nursing.​
