The Master of Science in nursing at DePaul University is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, 655 K Street NW, Suite 750, Washington, DC 20001, 202-887-6791.

The Doctor of Nursing Practice at DePaul University is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, 655 K Street NW, Suite 750, Washington, DC 20001, 202-887-6791.

Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs

The NorthShore School of Nurse Anesthesia has enjoyed full accreditation status from the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA) since 1952 Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs when it became the first School to be accredited in the US. In October 2005, the School received the maximum accreditation status of ten years from the COA. In October 2012, the COA approved the new Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) program that will be offered in cooperation with DePaul University. The next on-site COA accreditation visit is scheduled for 2025.​
