The goal of ILSAMP is to improve the quality of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education for underrepresented students, and to increase the number of undergraduate and graduate degrees awarded to underrepresented minority students in STEM disciplines. The Consortium provides opportunities and funding for undergraduate research and hosts an annual student research conference. ILSAMP is funded by the National Science Foundation and is one of many LSAMP programs nation-wide. Learn more on the LSAMP
