Instrumentation

The Department of Chemistry has a large inventory of instrumentation that is used to support the department's teaching and research initiatives.  General instrumentation is centrally located in the core instrumentation labs on the third floor of McGowan-South while more specialized instrumentation can be found in individual faculty research labs.  The department strongly believes that its students should be exposed to modern instrumentation.  As such, students involved in research have direct access to research-grade instrumentation of the caliber they will likely see in their post-DePaul careers.

Click on the following instrumentation classes to see more about the department's instrumentation capabilities.
