Graduate students in the College of Science and Health may be eligible for university-based assistantships that are awarded by individual graduate academic programs in the college. Assistantships are limited and highly competitive. Students who are awarded an assistantship typically engage in work for the academic program in exchange for a tuition waiver and stipend.
The table below show the academic programs that offer graduate assistantships along with the average weekly work requirement and the maximum annual tuition waivers and stipend. These values may be prorated in cases where partial-year assistantships are awarded.
