The physics department offers General Physics each summer. In this case, the combination of PHY 155 and PHY 156 may substitute for the three-quarter sequence above.

It is only presented as a recommendation, because some professional schools’ particular program prerequisites vary, sometimes significantly from one to another, depending upon the program and school of pursuit.
