Graduate Advising

The Office of Advising and Student Services assists graduate students throughout their academic study in the College of Science and Health. From your first day through graduation the office is dedicated to supporting students in meeting their academic, extracurricular, and career goals. Advising and student services include, but are not limited to, academic policy interpretation, assistance with advising and course registration technology, identification of academic support resources, and monitoring degree requirements.

Due to graduate study taking place within a particular discipline or subject area, primary academic advising and mentoring are provided by faculty in a student's department or school. Faculty program directors and faculty advisors closely work with graduate students to assist with course selection, the review of degree progress, and mentorship.

The Office of Advising and Student Services is located in McGowan-South 400 in the middle of the Lincoln Park Campus. General inquiries can be sent to CSHFrontDesk@depaul.edu.

If you are a current graduate DePaul student, you may access more information about undergraduate advising, including commonly used administrative forms, on the CSH Student Hub. Bluekey authentication is required to access this resource.
