Michelle Roberts

​Michelle Roberts is a speech- language pathologist who specializes in gender affirming voice and communication services as well as voice and upper airway disorders. Michelle earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Drama from the University of Oklahoma and a Masters of Science in Speech, Language, & Learning from Northwestern University. 

Michelle feels very fortunate to have been able to receive the training and mentorship needed to work in the area of voice, and is dedicated to continued learning. Her passion has always been self-expression, and her career as a voice specialized speech-language pathologist gives her the opportunity to empower others to express themselves authentically and fully. She has worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, outpatient otolaryngology clinics, and public schools. In her free time she loves planning her next vacation with her husband and/or friends, entertaining her dog Darryl, visiting any/all museums and seeing any/all of the staged theatre and musicals Chicago has to offer, and picking out her next song to sing at karaoke.
