Your first step is to complete the "Intent to Enroll" form online at go.depaul.edu/cshenroll. Submitting this form notifies the College of Science and Health that you intend to enroll at DePaul for the quarter stated in your offer of admission letter. When we receive your Intent to Enroll, your student record will be activated. After we process your form, you will receive an email acknowledging your intent to enroll.

If your program requires additional steps, please follow the instructions on your offer of admission letter.​

Contact your department's graduate program director for advising on course selection and sequence. If you're a non-degree student or a student-at-large, your admission letter will contain information about course selection and approval. If you have questions, contact the coordinator of graduate student services in the College of Science and Health advising office at (773) 325-8490 or cshadvising@depaul.edu.

Most programs hold orientation sessions only in the fall, but some hold them before the start of all the terms to which they admit new students. Invitations to orientation sessions will be sent via email.​

You'll be able to complete several of the next steps through Campus Connect, DePaul's online portal for admitted and enrolled students. To get started, visit campusconnect.depaul.edu and use your BlueKey information to log in. You should receive an email with instructions on how to create a BlueKey account a few days after your admission decision. If you have any problems logging in, call the Technology Support Center at (312) 362-8765 for assistance.

Once you have logged on to Campus Connect, you'll be able to view the course catalog and class schedules. You also may register for classes, view your financial aid and make payments to your student account.​

Registration dates vary depending on the quarter in which you plan to start classes.

For fall quarter, registration opens in mid-May; for winter quarter, registration opens in late October; and for spring and summer quarters, registration opens in mid-February.

After you have registered for classes, you may obtain a photo ID card and DePaul email account from the ID Services office. The ID card functions as a library card and is required for entry to some buildings and computer labs. Visit or contact one of the following ID Services offices:

Illinois law requires DePaul to have proof of immunization on file for all students. We encourage you to submit the immunization form as soon as possible. Visit go.depaul.edu/immunization for additional information and to download the immunization form.

While we do not provide a student health insurance plan, we encourage students to explore their options in the Healthcare Marketplace and work with local community organizations to provide support. This website provides information on a variety of Affordable Care Act compliant health insurance plans, as well as enrollment for Medicaid, if you qualify. Open enrollment for plans under the Affordable Care Act begins November 1st, but you may qualify to enroll now under the “Special Enrollment” provision. The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) U-Pass is a university program that provides college students unlimited rides on CTA-operated bus and rail lines. Full-time science and health graduate students (eight or more credit hours) are eligible for the U-Pass. Visit upass.depaul.edu for more information.​

If you plan to drive to campus, parking facilities are available to DePaul students at the Lincoln Park Campus. For information on parking rates and locations, please visit the Parking Services website at parkingservices.depaul.edu.

DePaul does not have parking facilities at the Loop Campus. However, many nearby parking facilities offer a reduced rate for DePaul students. Please contact Parking Services at (773) 325-7275 for a current list of participating parking facilities.

Parking is available at the Rosalind Franklin campus. Students parking on campus must register their vehicle and obtain a parking pass through Rosalind Franklin's campus security.​​

The regular academic year consists of three 10-week quarters. The fourth quarter (summer) is optional for most programs.

Just two blocks from DePaul's Loop Campus, the UC offers numerous amenities, including a workout center, study rooms, food court, game room, bicycle storage and third-floor terrace. Rosalind Franklin Housing

DePaul's Loop and Lincoln Park campuses are easily accessed by car, bus and train. The Loop Campus is served by all seven Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) 'L' train lines and numerous buses. It also is a short walk from all Metra train stations. The Lincoln Park Campus also is served by several buses and is connected to the​ Loop Campus by the Red, Brown and Purple 'L' train lines. Both campuses are close to major expressways.
