Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Plan

​​​​The Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Plan was developed by the DePaul University Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Office. The manual will be reviewed and revised yearly by the DePaul School of Nursing.

All students, faculty and staff are required review the Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure training PowerPoint​​and to document yearly training by completing this quiz. A score of 100% is required on the quiz and it can be taken as many times as needed. For the upload to CastleBranch, please submit a screenshot of the final page of the Qualtrics quiz that shows your score. Anything lower than 100% will not meet the requirement.

All health requirements and clinical documentation are to be submitted through Castlebranch.com for verification and tracking purposes. If you are a new student or faculty member using CastleBranch for the first time, please review the appropriate health requirements guide on this page for account and uploading instructions.
