- Students should arrive at least a half hour before the event to begin setting up their posters.
- Presenters should wear comfortable, business casual clothes. Scrubs and lab coats are not required.
- Posters can be printed in the library. Generally, we recommend tri-fold poster boards for mounting and display. Please note that nothing can be tacked or taped to the walls.
