Objective 1: Enhance faculty and staff diversity and expertise

Objective 4: Strengthen and expand study abroad and study away opportunities
Strategy
Enhance existing science and health study abroad and study away programs to provide students with enriched global and domestic interdisciplinary experiences, leveraging current resources and support structures.

- Strengthen the “DePaul Professors without Borders” program for international teaching and learning, and “DePaul Professors Across States” for domestic opportunities.
- Collaborate with DePaul’s international offices and faculty to enhance and expand existing joint study abroad programs in science and health.

- Work closely with the Study Abroad Office to more actively promote existing study abroad programs to CSH students.
- Improve and allocate additional resources for scholarships and financial aid to support student participation in study abroad programs.
- Integrate global perspectives into the curriculum and enhance the promotion of study abroad opportunities through targeted marketing and advising.
- Study Away Programs
- Strengthen connections with U.S. universities and research institutions to enhance existing study away programs, offering diverse experiences within different states.
