Nursing Student Wins American Heart Association Scholarship
The School of Nursing congratulates Brittany Price, a nursing student in the MENP program, who has been selected as one of the winners of the American Heart Association 2012 Go Red Multicultural Scholarship - one of only 16 recipients nationally.

The scholarship is a joint effort by Macy's and Go Red aimed at increasing the number of minority women in the healthcare profession. Finalists were selected based on criteria including academic achievement, community involvement, letters of recommendation, and a personal essay.
