DePaul University's Department of Health Sciences trains students to address human health collaboratively, providing multidisciplinary natural and social scientific perspectives to promote the health of individuals and communities.

The flexibility of this degree allows students to explore their interests and satisfy prerequisites for graduate/professional programs. Our Bioscience concentration focuses on the health of individuals and provides the prerequisites needed for professional health programs, including medical school, master's-level nursing programs, physician assistant school, and more. Our Public Health Sciences concentration focuses on the health of populations and provides the expertise needed to address community health, including intervention, epidemiology, policy reform, and more.
We also offer several combined degree and accelerated programs that allow qualified students to start their careers in health even sooner!
