Student Resources

The Department of Biological Sciences offers many resources to help students accomplish their goals. Upon choosing Biological Sciences as a major, students are assigned an advisor to help them with scheduling, course selection, and other academic issues. Our office staff can connect students with information on courses, schedules, departmental opportunities, and other university resources.

Our building has a dedicated student study lounge containing reference texts and an open central atrium where students can meet to work on projects or mingle with friends. Computers and print stations are available for students to check email, complete assignments, or for other online needs. The building has wireless internet access so students can also use their own laptops to work online.
